I've been here for 23 years and have done my apprenticeship here. In this long time I have learned an incredible number of things and know my way around Hot Mill 1 like I know my way around my home.
We put high attention on safety, quality and productivity. As production specialists, we get to know various workplaces at the rolling mill. This allows us to work at different places within the shift and help each other.

To produce a coil is technically quite demanding. That is why we are constantly modernizing our facilities. For rolling, we rely on process monitoring and quality control - and we do this using state-of-the-art technology.This means that the team is always learning new things and we work hand in hand. Only in this way can it work.
